| today i finally did my 4th and final set of shoulder dumbell presses with the 90 lb. dumbells. i felt accomplished. | | |
| it took me about 8 minutes to figure out how to post an entry. i had no clue how. i'm pretty sure andrew will read this, but no one else. he loves xanga. no one else ever even mentions it.
ok so i started up on creatine a couple days ago. i'm psyched. it isn't making me poop too much how i thought it would.
my goal was to reach a 315 lb. bench press by June. I don't know if I will even know if I reach that since I never try to find out my one rep max. I think if I went in going for a one rep max I might get close to 300, but as of right now it's maxing at 285 after a lot of sets beforehand and already being mad tired. Back is still mad strong - bent-over rowing 175 for sets of 10 on the free barbell. I always have and always will love back. Shoulders are harder to bring up. Still stuck on putting up the 85's for 4 reps on a last set after being tired. Shoulders go hand in hand with benching though, so it's ok. Biceps - who cares about biceps. Smallest muscle in the body - still strong tho. Triceps - I love these. Variant skull crushers all the way behind the head on a flat bench with a cambered bar - i love these.
Current weight - 215. Ending weight will be - 185. Once I reach my strength goals I will slowly focus on cutting to my desired weight of 185.

| Something about sauces I like. Even if I am not hungry and I have sauce I like I will get food and eat it just so I can dip it and be able to eat the sauce. Truong gave me a cup of peanut sauce from Pho Than Do tonight and I wanted it, so I made some chicken and ham to dip in it. I just wanted the sauce though. The food was the condiment. Crap gotta take pictures of my car, after it's clean. So dirty white gets. | | |

| I took lunch today and met some cool people at Pho Than Do in Edison, how is it so good... I used three pieces of lime this time and the rooster sauce was replaced by Bear Sauce. Unexpected, spicier, kinda grainy...but very good. I also put in two weeks notice last Wednesday and can finally quit this job, yes. I will be starting work with Citigroup's portfolio accounting division on 10/22 and I look forward to it like a little kid who sees his brithday cake. I want that. Give me that piece with the flower on it. Except when I eat real cake I only eat the icing and throw the cake part away. I think it's smart. 100 kurics. | | |
